Well it looks like Jon will be in BOLD again.. Sorry guys, But it's better then not posting right?... Yeah we think so too. ANYWAY!!!
Let me fill you in a little bit on what is going on with us, parties and a wedding. Well a bachelor party and a bridal shower to be exact. The bachelor party, which really isn't even a bachelor party, it more of a man shower, Jon is throwing for his older brother before he gets married. Jon thinks men need to have camping and jeeping stuff before they get married cause they rarely get the chance after. And the bridal shower some of the sisters and I are doing for his bride to be. That brings us to Mars and Venus.
The way a woman plans a party and the way a man plans a party are entirely different. A girl thinks of the tiny details, the colors, the food, the decor'. For men, Just Food!! That's exactly my point, women take so much time and planning, while a man, well he tells... his wife what to do. You took the words right out of my mouth. Let's talk about the invites first of all, it takes my wife an hour and half to put little pearls on her invites when I just print one off with a picture and a message. Those pearls were part on the "vintage" theme. And to get technical it didn't take you a small amount of time to make your invites.. I did it. Too true. That's what we call delegating ladies and gents, just like I had all the men RSVP to you. So then you would know what food to buy and how much. So basically, two showers, double the work.. but I only get the rewards for one. So men find a way to just enjoy the fun part and only the fun part.. Right? What's wrong with that? Nothing, I'm not complaining just shows how different we think. I have been thinking for two months almost on how this shower will look, what we will serve, and what we could decorate with, and you, you order a couple pizzas.I put into the man shower too, I decided what to eat, and drink. Decorations, that was my idea too. NOT NEEDED!! So basically we are seeing that women care too much? Amen. And men, not nearly enough. So we will leave you with that, as you can see we, or I have a lot of work to do. And the TV is calling my name!

Flipping Channels...

...I don't care if it's a commercial! Is it just a man thing to flip the channel as soon as the show is on a little break? Yes! Why? It's boring I don't need to be watching commercials, I could be watching a show. I can watch two shows at once. Just like a girl can talk on the phone and instant message at the same time. We have different multitasking skills. Babe, I highly doubt watching two shows at once is a multitasking skill. Plus you all just do it to simply flip, you know there won't be other shows on. Most of the time if one channel is on a break most of the others are too. They are always opposite! I don't believe that. I watch you! You flip across the channels and end up right back where you started. I challenge you to stay on one channel for the duration of an entire show!! I can do that! Done it, I wrote the book on watching TV. Yeah I wouldn't be so quick to admit that.. :)

The First Post..
It only seem fitting for the first post to be about creating this. Too damn long!! Well that's easy for him to say, He helped me by cheering me on and watching the perfectly glowing idiot box. Hey I remembered the number you asked me to. So I guess this would be a perfect example of what men and women see differently. For one, yes I realize this was my project. But in my defense he did agree to do it with me. And I did, you never said how often I had to help. Am I not helping right now? Point taken and filed. Thanks for your support. I support you like a wonder bra.
I think this will be a fun blog to do. Although we have made some stipulations, We won't be blogging about "real" arguments between us. There is no reason to rehash any sore feelings on a blog for anyone and their dog to see. But anything we find ourselves laughing at, which we do a lot... Like creating this blog. That took forever. And as much as I would love to brag about relations AKA Sex, We won't be sharing that one the blog. Call us old fashioned, but home grills, what happens in the bedroom stays in the bedroom! And one more.. We will always be blogging together. What is the point of have a two character blog when one is missing. So wish us luck.. We're gonna need it! Hopefully we have some laughs and share some good times. PEACE! GOODNIGHT!
